Strength Within Pilates offers personalized classes with a variety of time slots. We have a max of 4 students in our intimate group sessions, so be sure to pre-pay as they do fill up. Our classes are both beginner and advanced and are 1- 1/2 hours long. In many sessions we will begin with a full, 30 minute cardio routine.
We provide a complete orientation for each new member so you are comfortable with each item you use when you reach a group session.
Our trainers work hard to customize the program for each of our members for a maximum benefit.
