We are constantly subscribing to, or attending real estate seminars, national conventions, associations, and professional publications in order to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing legislation, liabilities, rules and regulations pertaining to property owners’ and tenants’ rights.
Dalmon Property Management, Inc is owned by Joseph Dalmon, RMP. Joe is a licensed Real Estate Broker by the California Department of Real Estate, and past President of the Marin/Sonoma Chapter of the “National Association of Residential Property Managers’ (NARPM). Dalmon Property Management has been a fixture on Grant Avenue in downtown Novato for several years.
Joe developed his Management skills as a Property Manager for one of Marin County’s largest Property Management firms, where he managed a large portfolio of single family homes, condominiums, apartment complexes, and light retail. Joe has been active in Property Management since 1997.
