The idea was born after visiting the birth place of the gyro, Greece, on the founders annual trip to their hometown village. Wondering why there were no decent gyros or souvlakia in California, they decided to form their own modern souvlaki/gyro house.
The three cousins Nick, Nick and Nick, returned home to open what else? “Nick the Greek”, in February of 2014.
