Sonoma Fit Novato is a 20,000 sq. ft. fitness facility and state-of-the-art, full service gym offering the most technologically advanced fitness equipment and class programming in the area. Sonoma Fit Novato contains three group fitness studios with over 70 classes scheduled per week. Indoor cycling, TRX, yoga, and circuit training are just a few of the class types which are available on their schedule. In addition to group fitness, they also offer small group training and team training. Team training is in Room X, which is a complete workout studio within the gym. These classes run approximately 45 minutes long and are taught by certified personal trainers and coaches. Focused on multiple modalities including TRX, rowing, running, and weight lifting, these classes will get you in shape and keep you there!
The main fitness floor of Sonoma Fit Novato has something for everyone. The cardio room offers treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, ascent trainers, alpine trainers, rowers, stationary bicycles (some equipped with my ride technology), skiers, assault bikes, krankcycles, marpo rope trainers, versa climbers and more. There is a dedicated TRX zone with TRX straps, free weights, kettlebells and medicine balls. It also has a full line of Hoist Roc-It selectorized equipment. A separate athletic training area has the heavy lifting equipment of your dreams with a full line of Atlantis plate loaded equipment, an Olympic rig with bumper plates, multiple squat racks, a 60 foot turf field, and dumbbells up to 125 pounds. The facility even has an outdoor turf area if you want to take your workout outside!
