During these unprecedented times, the Novato community has stepped up in a big way to provide support for our hometown. For example, Tommy’s Salsa has been providing free school lunches Monday through Friday for kids missing out due to school closures. While restrictions are in place to limit unnecessary social contact, many of our local businesses remain open to provide essential services which means you can still shop for groceries, visit the pharmacy or pick up items from the hardware store.
Now more than ever, local businesses need you support. It’s a great time to utilize the essential businesses that remain open, order takeout or delivery from the numerous restaurants that are still operating, and if you can, support your local businesses through online shopping. You could also buy a gift card from your favorite stores to use at a later date.
