If you’ve been out and about in Novato recently then you may have heard about one of Novato’s newest restaurants, Pearl. Located in the Novato Fair Shopping Center, Pearl is a Vietnamese restaurant specializing in vibrant, colorful custom poke bowls, Vietnamese sandwiches and boba tea! The new establishment is the second Novato restaurant for owner Tien Lam, who opened Bacon on Grant Ave in 2015. Pearl has quickly become known to Novatans for great food and service with a smile.
