For nineteen years, brother and sister team John Harris & Jill Nicol have been churning out delicious artisan cheesecakes in their Bel Marin Keys-based commercial bakery, which caters primarily to wholesale clients and export to Japan.

But what you may not know about this local jewel is that they sell both “perfect” ($17-$25/cake) and discounted “seconds” ($7-$16/cake) of their fresh-frozen, handcrafted desserts direct to the public. There are more than 35 imaginative flavors and eight sizes to choose from–including individual bite-sized “Johnnys,” whole pre-sliced cakes, and everything in between. Patrons are sure to find the perfect indulgence to suit every taste and occasion. They even make a “sugar-free” version for those with dietary restrictions.
