Novato’s thrift scene is expanding with the opening of Flipside Thrift at 881 Olive Avenue in Novato. United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of the North Bay owns and operates Flipside Thrift. UCP’s mission is to promote the independence and inclusion of people with cerebral palsy, intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities through its network of affiliates and partnerships. UCP is an international nonprofit charitable organization that consists of a network of affiliates.
This is the third location for UCP, other locations include Rohnert Park and Santa Cruz. The Thrift Center provides sales revenue, visibility for UCP of the North Bay in the community, and paid work for adults with developmental disabilities attending their Adult Day Programs.
Shoppers can discover a thoughtfully curated selection of gently used clothing, accessories, home goods, children’s toys, books, and more. Each visit offers the excitement of finding unique treasures at affordable prices while supporting a worthy cause in our community.

Flipside Thrift welcomes both shoppers and donations. They’re open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm. Looking to declutter?
