St Patrick’s Day is coming on March 17th, but you can celebrate a little early on Grant Avenue, with a visit to Finnegan’s Marin, Novato’s own “American bar and grill meets Irish pub”.
If you do, you might notice something a little different, with new al fresco dining options. Stretching from Finnegan’s, past Celine’s Sweets to Mantra Wines’ stylish Tasting Room, Grant Avenue now boasts an impressive new sidewalk dining area.
This new addition to the block already looks like the perfect place to enjoy some celtic-themed brunch at Finnegan’s. And as warmer weather makes an appearance, we suspect this is going to be a popular spot in downtown Novato.
Elsewhere in Novato, Moylan’s Brewery and Restaurant is a popular destination to enjoy some locally-brewed Irish inspired ales, on St. Patrick’s Day or year-round.
And if you’re looking for a way to run off some of those craft-ale calories, or just support a good cause in the Safe and Sober Grad of Novato, the green-themed 2018 Lucky Run 5K and 10K takes place on March 25th, beginning at Hamilton YMCA.
Meanwhile, you might just find us on Grant Avenue enjoying the sunshine, some fish and chips and a cheeky Guinness or two. Cheers!
